Job Purpose: Provide operational support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and first-line/second-line maintenance for the broadcast and IPTV/OTT infrastructure Number of Vacancies: 4 Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Broadcast, IPTV, OTT, Headend, or NOC operations. * Hands-on experience with Linux systems, including basic administration, log analysis, and troubleshooting. * Good knowledge of IP networking, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, multicast/unicast, DNS, DHCP, and NTP. * Knowledge of RF, satellite, IRDs, encoding, MPEG-TS, DVB, and IP video technologies. * Experience with NMS/monitoring systems, fault isolation, and first/second-line troubleshooting. * Experience with platforms such as Ateme, Evertz, Wisi Tangram, Synamedia, Agama, or Flussonic is an advantage. * Good troubleshooting and communication skills. * Ability to work in a shift-based / 24×7 operational environment.
