MEP BIM MODELER Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE We are looking for an experienced MEP BIM Modeler to support a major project in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in MEP BIM modelling, as-built modelling, model coordination, and BIM deliverables, with proven experience in LOD 500 As-Built modelling. The role requires the ability to develop and update accurate MEP models based on redline drawings, site information, and actual installed conditions, while maintaining the required BIM standards and deliverable formats. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain accurate 3D MEP BIM models using Revit. • Produce LOD 500 As-Built models based on redline drawings, site markups, and verified site information. • Interpret construction drawings, redlines, and site information and incorporate changes accurately into the BIM model. • Coordinate MEP models with Architectural and Structural disciplines. • Perform model reviews, coordination, and clash detection using Navisworks. • Identify and resolve modelling and coordination issues in collaboration with project teams. • Prepare and maintain BIM models in accordance with project BIM standards and information requirements. • Generate required 2D drawings, views, and documentation from BIM models. • Prepare and deliver models in the required formats, including Native Revit, IFC, and NWD. • Ensure model accuracy, consistency, naming conventions, and data requirements are maintained throughout the project. • Support BIM coordination meetings and incorporate agreed coordination changes into the models. • Review and update models based on construction progress and as-built information. • Work closely with engineers, BIM coordinators, site teams, and other project stakeholders to ensure accurate BIM deliverables. Required Skills & Experience • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in MEP BIM modelling. • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP. • Good working knowledge of Navisworks and AutoCAD. • Proven hands-on experience in LOD 500 As-Built modelling. • Experience working with redline drawings, site markups, and site-verified information. • Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction practices. • Experience in MEP coordination and clash detection. • Ability to coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP models. • Hands-on experience preparing Native Revit, IFC, and NWD deliverables. • Good understanding of BIM workflows, model coordination, and information management. • Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical documentation. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in modelling. • UAE project experience, particularly Abu Dhabi, will be an advantage. Preferred MEP Experience Candidates with hands-on modelling experience in one or more of the following systems are preferred: HVAC | Plumbing | Fire Fighting | Electrical Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates who are technically strong and have actual project-based experience in MEP BIM modelling and as-built deliverables. Candidates should be comfortable working with site information and translating actual installed conditions into accurate BIM models. Proven hands-on LOD 500 As-Built modelling experience is a key requirement for this position.
