About the role MTTS is the independent third-party Commissioning & Handover agent on a staff accommodation development within the Qiddiya giga-project, Riyadh. We are hiring two Asset Registry Specialists to build the project's complete MEP asset register (approx. 40,000 assets), tag every asset to the client's standard, and deliver FM-ready data into the Qiddiya Facility Management System / EDMS. This is an asset data and FM handover role. It is not a document control, drafting or site QC position. Key responsibilities • Collate, categorize and validate asset data for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire and ELV systems from submittals, O&M data, nameplates and as-built information • Build the asset hierarchy (site → building → floor → space → system → asset) and apply the client's classification and naming conventions • Plan and supervise physical barcode / QR tagging of equipment in the field and reconcile tagged assets against the register • Populate asset attributes (make, model, serial, capacity, location, warranty, maintenance data) to client templates (COBie or equivalent) • Format, QA and upload data for integration into the client's CAFM / CMMS / EDMS platform (Excel/CSV based) • Maintain asset-data trackers and progress reports; close out client comments to approval • Coordinate with the Commissioning Manager, contractors and the client FM team
