We're Hiring: Application Engineer (R&D) – HVAC Products Are you passionate about HVAC products, product engineering, and innovation? We are looking for a talented Application Engineer (R&D) to join our growing team and play a key role in product development, technical support, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Manage and maintain technical documentation including Catalogues, IOM Manuals, Technical Data Sheets, BOMs, Design Data, and Specifications. ✅ Evaluate and support HVAC selection software and product application requirements. ✅ Review customer requirements and customize products through Contract Review Forms (CRF). ✅ Drive product improvements, cost optimization, and new product development initiatives. ✅ Coordinate engineering work orders and ensure technical accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. ✅ Provide technical support to Sales, Production, Quality, and After-Sales teams. ✅ Support product certifications, compliance activities, and testing requirements. ✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance, reliability, and manufacturability. Requirements: 🔹 Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering 🔹 3-8 years of experience in HVAC Product Engineering, Application Engineering, Design Engineering, or R&D 🔹 Strong knowledge of HVAC products, including: * AHU (Air Handling Units) * FCU (Fan Coil Units) * FAHU * ERU * Chillers * Heat Exchangers * Cooling & Heating Coils * Airside Products 🔹 Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills 🔹 Experience in technical documentation, product customization, BOM preparation, and engineering support If you're looking for an opportunity to work on innovative HVAC solutions and contribute to the development of world-class products, we'd love to hear from you!
