Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced AI Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-powered products and platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong product management expertise with hands-on software development experience and a solid understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and modern technology architectures. This role will work closely with engineering, data science, design, business, and leadership teams to translate business needs into scalable, reliable, and commercially successful AI solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and delivery strategy for AI-powered products. * Identify opportunities to apply AI, machine learning, generative AI, automation, and data-driven solutions to business challenges. * Own the complete product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through development, launch, and optimization. * Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements. * Partner with engineering and data science teams to design scalable AI and software solutions. * Lead prioritization, backlog management, sprint planning, and product release activities. * Work closely with developers and architects to assess technical feasibility, APIs, integrations, system architecture, and implementation trade-offs. * Define product success metrics and use data, analytics, and customer feedback to improve product performance. * Ensure AI solutions meet requirements related to security, privacy, governance, explainability, reliability, and responsible AI. * Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, operations, sales, and senior leadership. * Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, budgets, and delivery expectations. * Stay current with developments in AI, large language models, machine learning, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies. * Mentor product managers and contribute to best practices across product and technology teams. Required Qualifications and Experience: * 10+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, software engineering, or a related technology role. * Proven experience managing and delivering technology products, preferably AI- or data-driven products. * Strong software development background with hands-on experience in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#. * Practical understanding of software development methodologies, APIs, microservices, databases, cloud platforms, and system architecture. * Experience working directly with engineering and development teams. * Good understanding of AI/ML concepts, including machine learning models, natural language processing, generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI deployment. * Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. * Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies. * Experience creating product roadmaps, business cases, PRDs, user stories, and product metrics. * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
