Job Purpose
Support prospective students and families through bilingual admissions counselling, outreach and follow-up, with a focus on Arabic-speaking student markets in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities
· Advise prospective students and parents on programmes, admissions requirements, scholarships and the application process.
· Respond to enquiries by phone, WhatsApp, email and during campus visits; schedule appointments and follow up in a timely manner.
· Manage student enquiries, leads, applications and records accurately in the admissions system or CRM.
· Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to support documentation, admission and enrolment.
· Support marketing activities, school visits, education fairs, presentations and community outreach.
· Track prospective students from initial enquiry through registration and report admissions activities and results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Excellent spoken and written Arabic and English, with the ability to counsel prospective students and parents in both languages.
· Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication and follow-up skills.
· Ability to explain programmes, scholarship information and admissions processes clearly.
· Comfortable working on-site at the CCK campus in Al Jahra, Kuwait.
Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
· Ideally 1–3 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, marketing, education counselling or sales; other relevant experience will also be considered.
· Experience counselling Arabic-speaking students and parents, school and community outreach, digital marketing or lead conversion in Kuwait is an advantage.
